Technical support could be provided on an 8x5 or 24x7 basis. Our tech team is located in several countries, so we provide "follow the sun" model. We provide industry- standard SLA's, where response time depends on the urgency of your request. Please contact us if you have any special requirements for SLAs.
With a perpetual license, for tiers up to 20 Gbps, or 10 000 subscribers, the fixed price is $5000. For tiers more than that, the support costs as 20% of the license' order. Please note that this is a cost for NFWare's support. If you work with one of our trusted partners, this cost may vary as a partner could provide on-site support and other value-added services.
- If you purchase our annual subscription service, updates and upgrades will be available for you with no extra charge.
- With a perpetual license, you should purchase technical support to get updates for free. If technical support is not purchased, we offer you updates for an additional fee, if we didn't agree on a special term for you.
Yes, the standard warranty is 1 year after purchase.
