Licensing and Price FAQ

The solution could be licensed both based on throughput (Gbps) or subscribers.

If you'd like to have high availability in standby mode, you should have two servers with NFWare's software on it. One license covers both active and redundant nodes. To learn more about high availability, please see this section

You can choose one of two models: perpetual license or annual subscription.

By choosing the perpetual license you get a license according to requested order size to be permanently owned. All technical support, updates and upgrades are provided for an extra fee.

Annual subscription-based service is provided as a service model and assumes not less than a 3-year service contract. All future updates, upgrades and limited hours of technical support are included in the annual subscription price.

A price varies and depends on total throughput, high-availability and a region you are from. The minimum order value if $500 for 500 subscribers or 500 Mbps. To get a quote for your tier, please tell us your total throughput by filling this form. If you have several sites, please specify the total throughput for all sites, as well as a number of sites you have.

The minimal for the throughput-based license is 500mbps. For subscribers-based license, the minimum is 500 subscribers.

In most cases, it should be a separate license for each site, but it could be one license either. Please tell us more about your architecture but filling this form, and our team will give advice.
