Strategic Partnership Manager

Results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager who is passionate about networking business and technology

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and cultivating NFWare's most strategic relationships with resellers and system integrators.
This position requires high levels of strategic thinking, creativity and leadership skills as you will be called upon to identify and drive our top initiatives while working cross-functionally with our Engineering, Sales, Marketing teams.
What will you be doing?

  • Recruit, develop and manage new NFWare partner relationships to access new markets with resellers, system integrators, OEM.
  • Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing partners, independently managing the negotiation process from exploration, discussion, term sheet, contract, execution, and launch.
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
  • Grow net new partner revenue through joint business, pipeline and forecast planning and execution.
  • Manage executive-level contacts with key partners, including CEO/COO level meetings.
Job Experience/Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Strategic Partnership Manager / on a similar role
  • Three years of relevant industry background from a competitor or channel partner. Deep knowledge cable and telecom markets, partnership / go-to-market backgrounds
  • Self-starter and creative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to work independently and productively with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Always focused on doing what's right for the business. High energy with an infectious positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to travel across United States.
  • BA required, MBA or MS Degree is a plus
  • Working in a startup in the past is a strong plus
