HR-Manager

Location: Moscow (Russia)
This position will comprise all day-to-day Human Resources functions, such as staffing and recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, policies and procedures, time and attendance record keeping, personnel records administration and all other assigned tasks.

You will work closely with the Management team to ensure that a positive "open door" climate exists and that employee and business strategies result in excellent customer service.
What will you be doing?

Recruitment and on-boarding:
  • Conducting full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks
  • New employee orientation
  • Managing employee trial periods
  • Making company presentations for future employees and interns
  • Conducting exit interviews and making recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvement.

Employee Development:
  • Managing training and development programs
  • Maintaining accurate employment records
  • Assisting in the coordination and administration of employee benefit plans.

Building strong and attractive HR Brand and develop company culture
  • Building brand awareness and employer image
  • Implementing company culture, values and policies
  • Maintaining and coordinating employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives;
  • Managing internal communications across all offices in different locations
  • Liaising with legal and benefit vendors regarding benefit plans/open enrolment
  • Delivering company culture and spirit through online platforms.

Administrative support
  • Labor market monitoring and investigation
  • Producing various reports covering sickness, lateness, holidays, joiners, leavers and pending job applications
  • Assisting with visa applications for staff
  • Budgeting, staffing reporting & statistics preparation.
Job Experience/Requirements:

  • More then 3 years of human resources experience
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinking
